I don't think any of the ball trap devices will work well with that. You can never truly tuck with them because they keep the balls pulls down by design. When I wear my really small steelheart (almost all the time ) I can tuck the entire package back and it does a decent job presenting rather flat. It works ok for around the house but I don't think I could go out all day like that.

I now there are full belts that are designed to give a female "flat" presentation. Search for she-male chastity belts and you should find some info.

The only other thing that might work is one of the smaller Lori's that is held on only by a piercing.
