Just to clarify, a frenum piercing doesn't go through your urethra. Which is what I'm assuming you mean by the word "peehole."
That's still going through the "meat" of my, er...meat. I guess I'm squeamish, but I got a little ill just from looking at the pic in the link. For some reason, though, piercing the foreskin doesn't faze me in the least. Huh.

Actually a frenum piercing doesn't usually go into the muscle and is just through the foreskin. But if the pictures made you too squeamish to look closely at them, you might want to reconsider the idea.

I tried to use a frenum piercing with a lock but it pulled too much and became really sore. I now pierce my foreskin just behind the penis head as things are less sensitive there and this works well.

Yeah, you can't use it with just a lock. The weight of the lock pulls on it and the piercing migrates out.
