Most likely a Ms Lori's device.

Holy $hit, I can't imagine what head space one would have to go into to submit to this. And yet my penis swells watching this!

This just makes me sad. Guy ruined his device all for a quick head fantasy. Guarantee that the first time he had a chafing issue he destroyed the thing. Otherwise he won't be flying again. If you think this is permanent, obviously you don't know a thing about mechanics.

I don't disagree with you, but....

If my wife told me she wanted me to epoxy over the entire lock and locking mechanism of my Steelheart I would be out the door to get the epoxy in an instant. I know it wouldn't be permanent but it sure would dissuade "unlocking" for anything but a very important reason. You never know what would come up but I could see maintaining that for a pretty long time would be possible.

Eventually it would be cut off. That would be a really sad day. Well, maybe not for the emergency rescue crew, they would probably find it rather amusing :)

Maybe this falls under "don't try this at home" but fantasy and role play do count for something. It is pretty hot for amateur chastity porn. The joy he probably gave a lot of people watching easily outweighs the cost of the device.

I'd really worry about removing the device in the event of a medical emergency.

I'd also think it'd be more fun if you got let out once in a while for teasing and the occasional orgasm, whether ruined or full.
