1 and 11/16ths ring size?

Still working to find my right fit...and finding that I really am pretty solidly between the 1 3/4 and 1 5/8ths ring size. Any luck with the following:
1. Ordering from Mature Metal for custom ring sizes? They've got the same increments as the cbk devices...while steelworx has a 42mm size which is probably closer to my ideal.
2. Making alterations to cbk rings to change the size? I'm trying to find a way to build up the 1 3/4 ring a little to take the slack out, and the best I've come up with is silicon sealer...but it's not exactly medical grade, and that's left me unconvinced.

It's not a dealbreaker, but it does affect security...with the 1 3/4 ring, I have enough slack, even with the smallest spacer, to push the device pretty far down. If I'm soft, it would free me...and if i'm hard, it's very likely that I'd be able to come.

I have rings from steelworxx that are only 1mm difference. Just let him know what you want and he can probably do it. Remember though that what you wear in plastic is likely to be different than what you wear in metal.

I think you would have better luck making the 1 5/8" ring a little bigger by filing / sanding it down.

I had the same issue with MM and they were great. The 1 7/8" was a little too big but the 1 3/4" was uncomfortable during an attempted erection. Told William at MM about my problem and he made me a ring in between. I agree with Atone that 1mm can make a difference.

If i do order metal, I'll get sizing rings first. I generally like the look of the MM designs better...

For some reason, I haven't been able to bring myself to sand down the 5/8ths ring, for fear of damaging it. I suppose at worst i'm out 20 bucks for a new ring.

What is the worst that can happen if you damage it? It is already too small to wear right?

In all likelihood you will need a different size ring in the metal device anyway.

I agree that the MM designs are really slick and I was happy in mine for a long time.

It fits intermittently. Depends on the weather, how tight my balls are, and if the day is odd or even. So I keep thinking that I'm going to get used to it. But a little strategic sanding shouldn't affect the security too much, and could make it more comfortable.

I'll give it a spin, then dream of metal.
