Ok, I see now. In my mind a penis ring is the front part of the locking cockring. I couldn't figure out how you would drill a hole in it and what purpose that would serve. It understand what you are thinking now but I am not sure it would work like you think. The biggest problem is how much bigger the tube would have to be (or conversely how small the ring would need to be) to allow room for the PA ring to fit between them.

26mm into a 35mm tube should go (It's only 20mm in length).

I'm thinking keep the ring on all the time with the Steelheart as an extra layer when Chatelaine requires it.
