Smallest Cheap device

So I'm currently using a knockoff cb6000s. I don't fill it out and when I get erections it tends to be a little painful.
I'm using the largest ring size and it seems to be a pretty tight fit. 3rd smallest spacer. I've attached an image of how it fits. Is custom the only option for me?
