Jailbird

Post by Ryan »

Well going to place an order with MM later this week. Got my sizing except for the tube length. I am in a 6Ks right now and was wondering if I should go a bit shorter say 1/4". I'm uncut and don't want any skin poking out. I don't always fill my current tube. My penis goes up and down all day long...a lot. I don't know perhaps I just have the ordering jitters. Not sure and I'm tired of second guessing. I just don't want to screw it up!

Currently
CB6Ks - smallest spacer - middle ring (bit big tho)

Ordering
Jailbird - 5/16" gap - 1 11/16" ring - tube dia - 1 5/16" - length 2 1/2" or 2 1/4" (unsure) with the bars reversed.

Any help would be welcome. I know a lot of people here have this sizing thing down to a science.

take care

Ryan,

Don't think the length is that much of a big deal as long as you don't go too short AND too small diameter. Most would probably recommend going with the shorter measurement as long as you give yourself a little room inside the cage for expansion during nocturnal erections, arousal, etc. Leave enough cage diameter for cleaning and to allow for a little expansion. Given the same base ring size, a device with a larger diameter cage will fit tighter on the scrotum than with the smaller diameter cage. It's the gap between the bottom of the cage and the bottom of the base ring that holds the device firmly in place.

Thank you Wishful,

Would you recommend the pin to be mounted on the top of the A-ring or mounted on the side. On the side seems like it would make the underside gap smaller which may be a good thing. I find with me, devices tend to slide down my shaft and sort of hang off and I'm looking to avoid this. Perhaps a smaller A-ring or oval shape may also be better I'm not sure.

I discussed the same thing with MM when I ordered my device and he talked me out of it. As it turns out, he was right. Had he done that, I would have had a too small gap on a too large base ring. Additionally, I do recommend the oval base ring. Good luck on your order. Don't fret if you don't get everything exactly right the first time. Just make sure you get the cage size right. Everything else is relatively inexpensive to change.
