My understanding is that the Lancelot doesn't let you get any bigger than a regular device. It's more flexible, but no bigger.

One way to go would be to order a device but just get the cage big enough for your erect member. You're certainly not going to be concealing it in pants, though!

I forgot about the locking cock rings. I have one and poor is right, they are not fun to get aroused in. At least not if the penis ring is pretty small (mine is 29mm).
