Sorry that original post was about 2 years ago, since then I cut the jailbird down by removing the bars after the middle ring (yea I know... sacrilege!) thus turning it into a locking double cock ring (which I also don't use lol) since I'm normally in my cage or out of it, there isn't really a time when I just use a play toy in between.
I would suggest to those that do read this post to get both a single and a double "A" ring after you find the size that best suits you, I find switching between the two rings keeps things comfy.

I just recieved mine in the mail and I love it! It is a little tight though. Is there a way for them to make it just a 1/8bigger and 1/2 longer or am I "stuck" with what I have? I thought I read somewhere they will re-size it for a $10 delivery fee.

What you want would involve far too much re-work to be done for 10 bucks. Really, for the change you want, I think you would need a completely new device. Your options would be to keep it, or order a new one and sell the one you have (there is a forum here for that purpose).

TwisterMister is right. The $10.00 charge refers to changing either the base ring size or the gap size.

Ok thanks for the info guys. I figured that would be the case. Im coming from the cb6000 which is long enough to get almost full erect and masterbate in I found. So I went 2 1/4" on length but my foreskin peeks through if I have a semi going and it hurts if erect. It probably could be a little thicker for when I get a small semi but when im flaccid it is comfortable. maybe I need to give it a couple days first to get used to it....

Ok recap going on day 4 and have to say I hit the nail on the head! It is perfecto mundo! Think I might have been too excited for too long the first day and it was painful so now when i get hard I just have to make sure it isnt for a long time and everything iz good. Glad im a carpenter with the tape measure. My top priority was concealment in my pants so I dont get fired at work lol. I probably could have gone 1 size bigger around cause my base is touching the cage but its not a problem like I thought it would be.

Again side note I went off the cb6k circumference which states on Amazon 1" so I upped my jailbird to 1 1/8 " but that being so amazon doesnt state that the cage is slightly oval, in that the jailbird being a circle, 1" cb6k may be a hair bigger than 1" jailbird
