If you sleep in a CB, a great thing to own is an IKEA memory foam mattress topper. Any brand will do I suppose, but the one we have is fairly thick and has enough give to allow sleeping on your side or even stomach if you dont roll around really fast.

That's really good to know. We are looking at buying a new mattress and the IKEA memory foam bed. Makes me look forward to it even more now.
