Spermatic cord..

Iv noticed that my spermatic cord on my left testical is a little swollen.. and a little sensitive to the touch.
Its not hurting me at all, but tis a little more sensitive and swollen then the right side. Anyone had this experience ?

This happens to me from time to time but almost always on the right side. My right testicle hangs a little higher so I think it takes most of the stress. Before I had the device size, ring size, and gap just right I would sometimes have to make a change (switch to a larger or smaller ring) or remove the device for a short time until it went away. Now that I am pretty dialed in on the device it still happens occasionally but I don't have to remove anything to get it to go away. Usually overnight rest is enough, if not I make sure I wear snugger underwear the next day and so far it has always gone away.

Having said all that, safety first. If it doesn't seem right or doesn't resolve fairly quickly I would take the device off until it was back to normal.

Hi Atone, i have had the device off for a week now..
I also had a red line on the side of my tests and underneath as well. This was probably from the gap being to tight. I received my new ring nearly 2 weeks ago 1 3/4". I might want to re-adjust the gap on the ring cuz i lowered the rod a bit. Im gonna go back to my 1 7/8" for a little while, with this ring fits me perfect, but I do enjoy it when its a little tight Im touching myself right now and I can feel the left cord being a little more pronounced .

I had a vasectomy several years ago and my left side cord is bigger. When bumped around it gets a little bit sore. I had it checked by my doctor, and he said it was nothing to worry about. He called it a spermular granuloma? When locked up it sometimes gets the same sore feeling that subsides after a bit of a break.
