Swelling In CB6000s

Hey,

I just tried my first full 24 hours in the CB6000s and I must say it went amazingly well.

However when I was released by the end of it my foreskin had swollen at the tip, however I just left it overnight and it went away by the time I woke up in the morning.

I was wondering where the best place to position the foreskin in the tube is, do I pull it back again or do I try and leave it down the end. Should I try anything else?
