Emphasis there on the word son- do you think you'd feel the same way if it were your daughter? dg is going to have a cow if he ever finds out that our daughter is ever even thinking about sex.

Yes, absolutely. Our daughter came out to us as bisexual when she was 15 although I wonder if she said that because it has a safety net--not going all the way to realizing she is a lesbian. Is she? I don't know---to date, she hasn't dated anyone seriously, male or female. She was home from college a few weeks ago and told us that she had discovered how much fun it is making out with girls.Emphasis there on the word son- do you think you'd feel the same way if it were your daughter?
OMG! lol. We've chosen not to have kids, but I would be SO horrible to my Daughter's boyfriends. I just know it. I'd be the Dad oiling the shotgun when he came calling, and giving him the handshake that dislocated bones.cgnc wrote: Emphasis there on the word son- do you think you'd feel the same way if it were your daughter?
Our girls are 11 months apart. Jnuts is going to give himself a stroke when they start dating. He already tells them they can't date. (They are both under 2). He has a long time left to stress about it.mikecb wrote:
Strike that, I think I'd probably just lock my daughter in her room when she hit puberty, and wouldn't let her out until ... I dunno when! lol
I KNOW what goes on in the mind of teen-aged boys! I should know. It STILL goes on in mine!
False. The older one is going to be an assassin and can date whoever she wants because she will be able to take care of herself. Jury is still out on the younger one.Belle wrote:Our girls are 11 months apart. Jnuts is going to give himself a stroke when they start dating. He already tells them they can't date. Well they should be happy to know that with your new Steelheart you can't.Shane67 wrote:My parents were/are strict Catholics of the old school. Growing up, the only advice I got was "don't touch yourself, it's a sin." It's a wonder I'm a halfway normal, functioning, adult.
That could have been my husband's family (my brother-in-law is a priest) but they are the ones we have the picture of them fooling around with a vibrator, while my parents were sleeping in twin beds. Go figure...Shane67 wrote:My parents were/are strict Catholics of the old school. Growing up, the only advice I got was "don't touch yourself, it's a sin."
