In your opinion, what is the best device and most secure? I have a cb6000 at the moment but find that my balls tend to pull out and everytime I change the ring/spacer combination it just hurts like someone has just cut my balls off... I am preferably going to use a device with penis plug in too... Thanks

The best device is one that fits YOU! None of the trapped ball devices are 100 percent secure absent a PA piercing. Under the right conditions you can pull your shaft out the back if you desire.

What Wishful4 said. If you notice on the bottom of some of the posts is a list of devices that each member has owned. You will see that most don't get just one and say "Awsome, I can never do better than this!" You'll see members say they have found for them the best device ever and then a few months later talk about modifications they want to try.

I refer to my CD as a deterrent. After having spent many months in my CB6000s I was able to move down in sizes so that it was comfortable to wear and reasonably secure. I then gave those measurements to Mature Metals to custom make my Jail Bird.

If I really tried I might be able to get myself out of the tube but no way get the device off. Now I would need to stimulate myself to get erect for a possible painful orgasm, and then wait to get small enough to hopefully get back into the tube all without my KH finding out. A lot of work for something I am trying to prevent. Without the CD I might have a weak moment and take care of myself. With it on I am deterred and in the end happier that I saved myself for my wife.

Also if my wife/KH found out that I cheated the CD to take care of myself. Well let's just say I believe it would be a "Deal Breaker"
