Hi. Check out whether the the joints either end of the soil pipe are solvent weld or "O"ring. If "O" ring you may well be able to fit a stap on boss and twist the stack (after knocking a bit of mortor/brik/block away) to get it at 45 or 90 degrees to miss obstruction.slip rings
