Hello all

Here is a short summary:
I always wanted to achieve 24/7 long term (months) wear.

To get to this stage, 9 or so years ago, I bought a Lori tube with frenum and support ring.
It uses the small padlocks still. It fits ok and the length, position of bar etc is correct (I think).

I tried wearing on on many occasions over the years but after just 2 days, the piercing will become somwhat damaged or raw and it burns like hell, no matter how much I clean and disinfect it. The underside of my penis, behind the piercing then starts to swell up and gets all puffy.
Upon device removal, it will all normalise after a day or 2.

It is really difficult to sleep in the device as it suddenly slides ot tips over and then really tears on the sore piercing as decribed.
With great pain and discomfort, I can make it through 7 days in this - otherwise great - device but it isn't nice and never gets better. I have once managed 3 weeks with breaks but it wan's pretty.
I wear the device with a waistband to support its weight and keep it off the piercing.

All, in all, after all this time, I still try to wear it often as I am really desperate for really secure chastity.
My partner holds the keys for for me for the arranged period but that is also a struggle as she gets very upset when she sees that swelling and the inflamed piercing.

I need to upgrade to something that meets the security issues and does not burn or hurt or tear skin after it has been worn in. Uncomfortable is not a problem and that is part of it. Perhaps someone here has had similar problems and can advise me if there is a more suitable secure device out there?

I could go for another Lori, this time with with PA but I would have to get that piercing and I am really worried that it may just be the same issues with the tearing and pain etc.
I am also concerned about the lack of real security of those anti tamper screws.

A belt of some sorts? Neosteel ARCH was recommended but I just can't imagine how any belt can prevent pulling out?
I suppose the piercing route is the only way?

Any advise from lon(ger) term wearers on what I could do next, will be greatly appreciated.

I have a Lori with a frenum and you're not alone. I can't wear my Lori for any longer than a couple of days at a time for various reason as the problem you describe isn't the only one I have with it, but certainly after only 24-48 hours the area around my piercing is swollen and irritated. It feels almost "hard", if that makes sense? I can see it being a huge problem for wearing the device long term. But, gladly or sadly (depending on which way you look at it) it's not the worst problem with the device.

It seems that it's the placement of the frenum bar. I have a number 7, it is a fairly open concept and I think the 9 is similar. The tube ends right before the frenum and then opens up with bars surrounding the head, but the space under the frenum and where the bar goes through the piercing is wide open. It seems that when I get hard, this is one of the only places the penis can expand and during the night it cam stay like this for a long period of time. I can see how the problem can occur.

It's just not a very good device IMO.

I've had a neosteel before, full steel belt. I don't recommend it. Some people swear by them, but then again some people swear by the cb6k. It just didn't work at all for me.

I have a steelworxx on order with a custom made frenum security bar. I think I get it in a couple of weeks. I'll keep you posted on how it turns out if you're interested.

You are 100% correct with you conclusion on the Lori. I just tried it one more time and did 8 full days in it. The wim was 2-3weeks. The frenum pirecing is now (today) ripped out enough that there is only a toothpick wide piece of the skin left and it that has to go, then that little triangle of sking will no longer be atached to my penis head. I do not want that to happen because it would be a premant change which I consider a major setback.

Yes, I can get a PA but I am not that keen on it and it may well have the same issues

Which did you look at? There is Steelworxx (a german based company) and Steelwerks Extreme (Canadian Based).

Steelworxx aren't really all about urethral inserts, though I can see how you might think that at first glance. It is just a feature they add to many of their devices as an attempt at security, mostly for the non-pierced. I personally would and have steered clear of the urethral inserts so far. I've heard nothing but bad about them, at least where long term wear is concerned.

They do have quite a decent range of devices, but so does Lori. I found hers far more confusing. I'd suggest giving them another look over. If you have a general idea of what you're looking for and what you're not, you can pretty much rule out the majority of the devices on the spot. I was able to rule out all but two devices: The Revenge & The Crossfire. I chose the Revenge.

Sorry to hear about your frenum being on its last thread. I had that happen to my first frenum piercing a number of years ago. When I first pierced it about 4-5 years ago, I got a bit overzealous with it and locked myself up in my cb3k only 10 days after I pierced it - not nearly enough time to let it heal. I can't remember exactly what happened, but I was taking it off after being locked up for a week, and I just tore through the skin like butter. There was a thin thread of skin hanging, so I figured I'd have to let it heal a few weeks... but after a couple of days my ring fell off. I reached down to find that little strand of skin just gave up and snapped all by itself. I figure the skin was dead and/or this was the body's way of healing. I have a little nub on the top of my cock now - it was really noticeable at first but not so much anymore. Wouldn't be the worst thing I've done to my cock in the pursuit of chastity.

I gave a lot of consideration to getting a PA, but eventually decided to re-pierce it 3 years ago when I decided to buy my Lori, and it's pretty sturdy this time. I've put it through some serious punishment over the years in search of the "golden grail", as it were, and it's still as strong as ever.

I'm expecting my Steelworxx Revenge next week. I'll probably wear it for a few days to get a really good feel for the device as well as any problems with it (IMO there are bound to be) and then I'll stick up a good review of it.

I can understand you being frustrated and desperate. I've been there, but I think I am beyond that stage at this point. I feel that I am close, though.
