Standing urination in custom steel?

I have been thinking forward to ordering a custom steel CD at some point. Probably my biggest complaint with my current CD is that there is no way to pee while standing. Having to sit all the time is a bit of a pain when wearing dress clothes or working outside where there is no toilet.

So, I would really like to be able to pee while standing when I do invest in a higher quality CD. I know there are some models out there that allow this. I am specifically interested in CDs that have an cage at the end of the tube. I would be interested in hearing the experiences of anyone with a custom CD that allows you to urinate while standing.

I have been able to urinate standing with all the devices I have had, a CB-3000, multiple jailbirds, several steelhearts.

They all have their issues and all had their benefits. The Steelheart is actually the easiest but you have to just go slow. The urine drains out rather than going as a stream. The biggest downside to this is when urinating outside. It doesn't work well if it is at all windy and positioning can be tricky. If I am out and using a public restroom I still try to use a stall but go standing up.

The Jailbird was pretty good too. You had to make sure everything lined up but that wasn't too hard. Then it was just like peeing without the device. If you weren't lined up though it had the potential to be a bit messy.

Whilst I'll take sitting in a stall any time there is one available so I can spend the time making sure that the tube is totally empty before standing up, I can pee standing quite successfully in the Steelheart.

I try to go as soon as I get the urge so its easier to control the stream and have found that pulling the tube as far down the shaft as possible the way to go.

The modified front I have means i can pee standing up 100% of the time with zero adjustments

I could pee standing up in the Cb6000S but I would need to press the device against myself or move my helmet around

I always look for a stall when I'm out in public. I can't get the 'package' out thru the zip of my jeans, I have to unbuckle my belt and undo the button...and I'd rather not have anyone seeing that going on.

agreed, I thought about that after I posted. Getting the 'package' out is only half the challenge, getting it back in can be even more difficult.
