Hey guys, I made it: I placed the order! But I don't know how to pay! When I was placing the order, in the PAYMENT METHOD there was nothing to choose. It was just a forced selection (money order). In the homepage i read that we can use PAYPAL to pay. How can I pay?
The order is placed but the webiste didn't ask me to go to paypal. I've already written an email to him

ps: this is the way to "read" the image:
minimum of the relaxed status: head 33,5 > base 35,5
MAX of the relaxed status: head 35 > base 39

Sometimes I have it minimum, sometimes max, sometimes a half-way.. but always relaxed status.
My fear was:
- I choose 35mm and then the "base-part" is too tight when my relaxed penis is 38-39 at the base
- I choose 36-37mm (Dietmar can do custom tube diams) and then it's too loose when my head is 33/34 and the base is 35/36..
I have choosen 35mm (but I emailed Dietmar and he said that he hasn't started yet with my device, so If I want to change, I'm still in time)

I'm not sure there is much more any of us can tell you at this point. If he can really make a 36 or 37mm device I would do that but I am pretty sure it will be either 35 or 38. You will have to decide if you will fit in a 35mm tube or not. Chances are it will fit by squishing around. Do you want it to be snug?

I woule like to' sleep without waking up 3-4 Times per night. With this purpose, you would get the tighter tube or the larger?

Personally, I find snugger more comfortable for day and night wear. Others have had different experiences though. What have you found with devices you have tried?

With 33mm: impossibile to' sleep
With 35mm: can sleep but i wake up 2-3 times per night
I wonder if a larger tube can make me rest in peace (LOL) during the night.
(if I sleep facing down, i wake up 5-6 Times.. Only way is to' sleep facing up, but still i wake up 2-3 Times. Thinkin at 24/7, it could be' a problem..

Take a fabric measuring tape around the base and draw it to 35mm. Feel for pinching or constriction. Leave it for a minute and check for swelling in the head, whiteness, tingling or pulsing arteries (obviously don't try to get erect). My guess is you won't have any, and that you'll be fine with 35mm.

For overnight wear, you just have to get used to it. If it's really not going to be possible, you'll know fairly quickly. It's always mildly uncomfortable, but I can even go overnight now in my non-long term wearable device (I ground down one side of the scrotum ring in a misguided attempt to make it more comfortable, now it abrades the skin unless I insert a cloth separator - my problem was really the gap, not the ring). The way I made it through the first night was a nightcap right before bed - cheating, but it worked. Before going overnight, you'll want to wear it for a full day first to know you won't have circulation issues. I sleep on my side and use pillows to adjust and make things comfortable. Don't ignore comfort - everything should be comfortable when you are idle and not aroused, and any slight discomforts you feel then will be magnified with arousal and extended time.

On the other hand, things like the tightness of the tube and the base ring pressure on the scrotum when aroused, your body will eventually just get used to. Even some minor irritable spots due to non-uniformity of the device or burrs, you might eventually get used to, but ideally you would get those fixed if possible, as long term they can cause chafing. Honestly I wouldn't worry about that too much with Steelworxx based on everything I've heard.
