Well I hate to tell you this but I'd bet that most of us have had that happen at some point. You just have to remember that even a full belt won't stop you if you're determined and horny enough. Same here. I can't orgasm in the Steelheart, not even when fooling around with a vibrator. I think the size of the tube plays an important role here, mine is so short I fill it up very quickly and that's that. I think I might be able to orgasm in a somewhat larger tube, but not in my Steelheart.

I found that when I first was wearing the device - back in the old days when we had to make them from mastodon tusks - that I could easily get excited enough to have an orgasm while wearing it, just by manipulating the cage. This time it would seem that I have just gone over the edge. The principle is still the same though that mental chastity is just as strong as the physical chastity.
