I know, it doesn't make sense at all. You may (and probably will) have a different experience but I am positive that for me a smaller tube results in less discomfort and far, far less pulling on my balls during a nocturnal erection. I am also a grower, when flaccid I am about 2.5" inches or less, when erect I am an honest 6". Not sure of the diameter but it is in proportion to the length, maybe even a little bit thick. I have experimented extensively with different diameters, lengths, designs, ring sizes. My two most comfortable devices were my smallest jailbird (1 1/8" x 2 1/4") and my steelheart (31mm x 57mm). They are almost the same size. The Steelheart in particular almost never woke me up at night. Sometimes I would wake up and I would have to reach down in order to even tell if I was having a nocturnal erection.

Have not been able to read everything else so this may be a repeat. Started with the 3K a few years ago and it was always too long when flaccid. The 6Ks is much more comfortable, especially the nocturnal erections. The reduced length makes it easier when dressed and out and about, and I think helps squash the erection before it is really able to build up a head of steam.
Caveat - I do not often wear a CB at night (or during the day unfortunately on both) My wife is still struggling with this and doesn't really care for me to be packing around her although this does give her free access to tease, but wish she felt more comfortable teasing with the device on. Did not like the way the KSDs' felt so I have not used them.
Just read Atones' above mine. I am also a grower and once I get past the initial excitement always shrank back into the 3K......not so much with the 6Ks
Tom,
When I first started out with MC I used a cb6k. I found it to be cumbersome. I always had to sit to pee. While sitting down in a chair or driving, the tip if the tube would almost always be at the same level of the seat and push back at me. It was not comfortable at all. I switched shortly after to a cb6ks. I can use a urinal no problem. Sitting is not even an issue anymore. I drive for a living so this was important for me. Its just a better fit. I'm around 3" flaccid and line up with the slit almost perfectly. As for pull out...well I think all trapped ball devices have that flaw. I do not use a security device but I can pull out just as easily with the 6ks. I can also fit everything back in with out too much trouble. I don't though...for the simple fact that I asked for to be locked. It's what I want. I do see however the need for a better ring design. Did you find the oval rings better at stopping pull out? When I refer to oval I mean the the solid ring not the "shape" of the ring because I find the flatness is almost like a "guide" or a "runner" and makes pull out that much easier. I dunno...maybe I'm just reaching.
