As a keyholder I do not expect any sort of behavior. We are doing this because it meets our needs in terms of sex drives, and because Jnuts loves it. We discovered it through research on OD, as a way to balance sex drives following our daughters being born. What I have come to realize over this 14 month chastity journey is that I have always been in charge. I'm just more comfortable expressing it. I am the one who came up with the idea for chastity so we are in a little different situation than many of the couples here. His desire to be locked up wasn't the driver--that was my idea. He didn't necessarily get off on it but he liked the idea that I did and thus was willing to go along. The trade-off--or perhaps the realization for me--is that I have let him be more overt with some of his fetishes (primarily dressing up, but nothing terribly extreme). It works for us. I like bossing Ab around, he likes being bossed--I particularly like getting up from a table of dirty dishes and going into the other room to read my Kindle. He likes being able to clean up and put away the leftovers "his way." He gets annoyed when I mess with the refrigerator. LOL! I gave him the refrigerator for a birthday present in 2010 (pre-chastity). Who knew he would come to "own" it so much!
