Abrasions

KH removed my houdini last night after discovering an abraded area on the underside of my penis near the end of the tube. The last week has had a lot of T&D and I have been hard in the device an awful lot lately. She told me the rules still apply while I'm out for healing so still no touching my penis. We do have a newer device with a cage on the end that should prevent me from coming out the end of the tube and rubbing the edge.

I'm curious though if a device from Lori or Mature metal would solve that problem although I don't have the funds for that quite yet. I'm considering some form of plastic or silicone dip to line the device and coat the ends also. Does anyone have experience with such a problem?

You might try something simple such as a good moisturizing lotion such as Aveeno. It will last for several hours and is odorless.

I use gun oil silicone lube lasts ours and is pretty well odour free. Not cheap though but you only need a tiny amount in my experience. Water based lubes seem to go sticky and I react to them as well. Just a thought....

I appreciate the advice. I tried lotion for a couple of days but I've awakened in the middle of the night in pain. It seem that the lotion allows the whole kit to move around as I sleep causing my nocturnal erection attempts to hurt quite a bit. My wife/KH wouldn't unlock me yet as she said I'd figure it out. Yesterday morning I squirted soap in and around my gear and washed all the lotion out and dried as best as I could. By time bedtime came I only put one drop of lotion at the hinge of the ring and I slept through the night. Whew! What I did to prevent the abrasion from happening again is I took some rubberized waterproof medical tape and covered the rim at the end of my MCD like I had done at the top. Seems to be working out so far.
