I've found that I cannot wear the A-ring from our device without the tube attached. It seems like the tube keeps everything contained and the ring doesn't bite as much as it does when the tube's not there. Erections (especially the nighttime kind) really hurt.

I was wondering about this too. I was going to see if Mr. M could just add the locking cock ring option to the order that I already have in but I have no idea what size ring I would use. The 1 1/8 ring is nice and snug on the cage that I am using but if that was the only ring there I would think it would cut off circulation and probably be dangerous, especially at night. The outer / penis ring would probably need to be almost as big as the base / A ring. I hadn't thought about the A ring also needing to be bigger.
