Stages or levels of comfort for Keyholders

I read somewhere on this forum a comment where someone shared a picture showing that they called the stages or levels of comfort that a Keyholder could go through from uncertainty to something like full comfort and assuming total control.
There have been so many threads that I have read, and I couldn’t find it again using the search functions, so I wanted to ask if anyone has seen something like this that they best represents what the journey could be a Keyholder. (Note: Yes, I am aware that some many start further along the path and others may never progress pass a certain point.) But I would be interested to see what the members believe is a possible journey through the stages / levels of comfort from the Keyholder’s perspective.

If you know which thread that is, please do share. I found it interesting, but really was just trying to see this from her perspective and what may be the possible feelings oe thought she would have about it at the beginning or later on.

I find this oncept somewhat upside down for a man to define the stages a key holder might go through. Firstly I suspect every KH is different and goes through different stages, secondly it sounds horrendously like topping it from the bottom. The last thing I would ever do is to tell my wife what stages she should be going through, the whole point is that this is her journey, her leadership, and only for her to determine the path and destination. I simply follow.

I meant it more from an awareness point of view. If I am asking her to do something what might she be going through.
