I've looked over the common terms thread and couldn't find anything but I have seen other members talk about it in other threads but I can't seem to figure out what it is or an explanation for it.

They are probably talking about sexual stamina, that is, the ability to last longer during intercourse. There is a rumor that being locked up will make one more sensitive, and reduces stamina.
