Have had 2 events where unexpectedly leaked at work..had to ditch to a bathroom to clean up., like wtf.??
No teasing, 30 days in..straight up leakage..
I had a vasectomy 25 yrs ago., leakage from prostate. Just sudden flow., never happened prior or since..

This happens to me. Also my "hold it" muscle seems to be broke. Yikes!

Ok, so, I did have kidney stones removed.from both kidneys.. one uriter required a stent be installed.., after a few days pulled it out., that’s some crazy stuff….anyway..for a solid week , carried a plastic jug.., my “hold it” muscle left for vacation..,came back slowly..
I have often wondered if sounding has similar effects on prostate..as a stent has on kidney/bladder function..

I never had a stint but I have sounded into the prostate. It’s pretty amazing and probably pretty stupid to do. I don’t anymore because of the risks involved. I can tell you that I drink lots of water and cranberry juice for about 24 hours afterwards just to flush out. I have never had continence issues afterwards but have had some soreness in a pleasurable way.

I’m no dr. But if you have urinary issues already I would probably avoid the practice or not go so deep. Definitely do your research and buy sounds from a quality provider. I purchased my sounds and plugs from a company called the chain gang. They’re good to work with. They google up pretty easily.

Oh and a quality lube too and maybe an applicator too.

This fixes alot of wrongs with our bodies rather easily if we develop the habit of doing this
