I have two straps that I use. One is 25 mm wide, the other 50 mm. The strapping is from a camping supply company and I attached snaps on each end to make it adjustable. The wide strap is more comfortable obviously and holds metal cages high and tight.

I found on Etsy a silicon strap, and it's great. I've been wearing it with my cage for almost a year, and I've taken it off only to go through the airport scanner or once to the doctor. I shower in it, I sleep in it. Very comfortable, easy to clean. The strap, along with a 1" steel cage, have just become an accepted part of my anatomy.

Does a strap with this design (with multiple buttons to set the length) exist made from a non elastic material? With the standard strap my erections are stronger than the strap

I’m not sure what you’re looking for in a strap. Is it possible to have your kh custom make one? If not do you know a seamstress. I have considered having Mrs. G make one for my big cage, if I ever where it again.
