Work is light at the moment. As well as taking tomorrow off to spend time with Miss Emmie, I've decided to work from home today and aim to finish early, ideally finish before she gets home. She's aiming to set off between 11 and 12 but I know that means 12. The escape velocity from the in-laws house is high. She will break the journey too. Arriving home anything before 3pm will be considered a bonus.

Miss Vikki is still making sure that she gets lots of info and updates, with a rather more lengthy exchange last night and another this morning.

Brains are strange things, aren't they?

I had been telling myself that I wasn't expecting anything in particular when Miss Emmie returned yesterday. In fact, I was expecting, and had told myself multiple times that I was expecting, no change to the situation. That I would remain locked.

Secretly, unconsciously perhaps, I must have been hoping that my expectation was wrong, and that something would happen.

But in the end it didn't. No sex. No edging. Just a change of cage after a thorough clean up. And I'm now back in the Nub.

So my secret hope was dashed, and my expectation became reality and today I have felt rather flat. Not disappointed exactly, but not as jubilant as I might have been. I've been home all day and so, of course, has Miss Emmie, and it's lovely to have had that extra day to spend relaxing together. But there's also been multiple start ups of snugness and frustration is running high.

Miss Emmie has 'booked a massage' for later and I will, of course, be the deliverer of said pleasure. I will enjoy it but have been told that I'll “be naked and will stay locked”. It's nice how she's given me time to think ahead to it, leading to yet more snugness within the Nub.

I shouldn't feel disappointed because I wasn't expecting very much in the first place but there's always little ideas that pop into my head and I wonder if they might just become true. Maybe my imagination has been more active because of Miss Emmie's recent absence and that just made me think that I might get something this weekend.

The reality has been that she's held back from very much at all. No sex. No edging. Definitely no orgasms been permitted. Not even close.

Zen like acceptance and obedience. I think, maybe I'm already there as we approach 9 months. When Miss Emmie says “Enjoy the Cobra in the meantime” I find myself enjoying the Cobra as I wait for something else. It's just that maybe her definition of “enjoy” applies here.

I feel used to waking, usually around 3am, erection attempt underway and whichever cage it happens to be, tight and restrictive. I normally manage to get back to sleep without difficulty these days, once I've waited for things to calm down. Calming down can take a few minutes or go on for long enough to annoy me, but I can successfully wait it out. The next time I wake is usually around the time that I want some coffee and feel like I'm actually ready to be awake this time. Always tight in the cage at this time in the morning. Miss Emmie gets a lot of attention first thing. Keeps me hard. One of the peaks of frustration in any 24 hour period, but a loving time of day too.

The last time I got to come was on the 1st of December so I've already had this month's fun in that respect. However, Miss Emmie has hinted that she might break her own rule of “once a month is more than enough” during December. It would put her average back above 1.00 again but she says she's “not bothered” about that. For now, I'm still Nubbed and in a wait and see situation.
