As for the 24/7/365. It is likley the cage comes off occasionally for cleaning, but this would still be classed as 24/7/365.
My normal cage doesn't need to come off for cleaning. I have worn that for two months without removal and im sure it could be left on permanently if that was the arrangement.

I'm only new to chastity, I'm moving towards permanent, self locked.
