Checking the new member list. There are approximately 75 new members that have joined recently but have never submitted a post. In addition, only one the day they join is their only activity.

It's not unusual for web boards to see joiners who just want to lurk. They read for a while, then decide that this isn't for them.
Some people register just to see the hidden forums (ie, the ones available to members), don't like the subject matter and move on.
