All those little bits of advice seem to come true at one stage or another.

Now in my fourth month and I suppose that last point in my list has come true. I can sleep through the night (mostly) and when I do wake up first thing in the morning, as I did this morning, hard and straining in my cage, it's not unpleasant and painful.
