Remote keyholding

Hello Folks! The lady I play with moved to Oregon and I want her to do some keyholding. Has anyone here have any experience? I read about a lockbox that works with a phone up but it has to be programed next to the box and my keyholder and her phone are in Oregon. Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

my idea was to use the ikeyp bolt safe that can be opened with a phone. then put the keys in it. but my KH liked another method and we never really tested it. From the manual, it's operation wasn't super seamless, so it's not ideal.

There are several "remote" lockboxes, typically used by realtors and air b&b community. I also have a keyholder who lives 45mins away and have been considering an option like this which would allow her to use the iphone app to release me for a weekly cleaning. I used an ikeyp bolt safe when I had a remote key holder living in Canada. She controlled the safe with an app on her phone and it worked great. Now I have a different key holder and a pin accessory for my KINK3D devices that allows me to lock with plastic numbered tags instead of the usual lock. We’ve both been happy with it. I have to destroy the lock to remove it so no way to cheat since I have to send proof of lock photos showing the number on the tag and can’t just switch them out. Not interested in cheating anyway, but makes her control more satisfying for us both.
