Hello guys.
New member here. I've tried various cages in the past and all of them gave me "ball burn". (Nice description which I pinched from another post on here). Is this caused by friction? Being too tight? Or stretching? Is it something your body adapts to with time and becomes unnoticeable? I use skin cream to keep things lubricated, but once it wears off atm it comes back. I am a driver and spend much time in the car. My newest cage seems to be a better fit and even full erections don't cause me too much discomfort. Infact this smaller one seems to stop them going full on. Look fwd to your advice.

Re: Ball Burn
I had severe ball burn, couldn't wear my brand new Mature Metal JailBird for more than an hour or so. At Mature Metal's suggestion, I returned the device for a very small adjustment. They increased the gap by a mere 1/8", and I have had zero problems with ball burn for the last 12 years..
Past Devices: Curve & CB 6000s. Both broke, were repaired; then broke beyond repair. I threw the dreaded Spiked Chamber away.
Current Devices: MM Jail Bird, Cobra, MM Watchful Mistress, Holy Trainer v3, and a new Curve.

Re: Ball Burn
I had this once. I don't remember why it stopped but like you i was trying different cages. I think it was when I realised that smaller was better. Actually when I realised "Much smaller was better". Cobra is very good for starting out. Rule of thumb in my book is. If you're 5" or less get a Nano. 3" or less get a Nub.
Flacid that is. Not erect. Many problems go away when you ignore the manufactures advice, stop measuring and get a cage that is about half or one third the size you think.
Ring size is important of course. This shouldn't be too tight to cause loss of blood flow when erect. But a bit of blue/purple when your hard isn't bad. You won't be hard for long.
Good luck.
Lots of info on here.

Re: Ball Burn
Try some silicone lube. It works for me with only 2 applications (morning and night).

It's all about trying different cages and ringsizes. I have tested many cages before i found one that I can wear for long periods.

Re: Ball Burn
After a shower a little baby oil on my underside works for me.
She says ‘it’s cute’ in the nub.

Re: Ball Burn
I've been using coconut oil for a couple of days. It's worked pretty good for me.
