Smaller, tighter cages.. not a thing for health reasons

So. I’ve worn a BON4M for about five years now…. I fill it, up until the evening, when I start to “turtle” a bit…. Now, my Wife DOES love to tease me until I swell through the bars, and use a Wartenberg wheel on me… I like that too. But, we almost gave up on chastity early in our journey because, the tighter, narrower cages we tried ALL caused edema…. We tried different rings, and spent money on “The Vice” which sits in my bathroom drawer, taunting me. Does anyone else have that problem? I mean, we’re going to stick with what works, but I just wondered, am I a freak of nature?

My A272 is about the length of the CB3000, but more narrow. However, because it's a solid tube, I do not have any swelling (which leads to edema). The A274, which is the same size, left me always sore because of the skin swelling up between the rings. I tried for a month with no success.

The Vice didn’t allow for any swelling either, but, under the head there was edema after only a day…

My steel cage is a quarter of flacid length and I rarely get any edema problems aince I stopped using any lubricant,. At least I cant rember any.

Lubricant (I was using handcream) seemed to allow skin to slide into the small gaps and form an edema.

I searched YouTube for male chastity. There is a segment for the TV show “Doctor”. They talk about the possible side effects of wearing a cage. They do not recommend it.

I have not experience an edema for wearing a cage. I have experience shrinkage or atrophy. The penis is similar to a muscle, the more you use it, the bigger it gets.

It's a blood vessel. It fills with blood when smooth cells stop the exit of blood due to arousal. Like a valve.

So it can't suffer from atrophy and like a balloon can remain squished almost indefinitely without effecting it's maximum inflated state. Though it might take a little longer to get there.

I did hear a rumor that eating to many tomatoes can cause shrinkage?

I do not eat tomatoes, I just grow them. I was living in an apartment for two years. I started growing tomatoes in a 5 gallon buckets because I was bored. Surprising, my neighbors were interested in my hobby. In addition they got free fresh tomatoes. In return, when I was away, they kept on eye on my stuff. Win win for everyone

I am sticking to my atrophy condition due to the lack of use.
