Suggestions for Punishments/Rewards

Hey! My fiancé and myself just entered a 24/7/365 chastity contract. I took an example contract from google and edited a bit for our situation but we’ve been having a hard time coming up with creative punishments in the case I don’t fulfill my obligations. I was hoping I could post the contract and have some of you chime in? I’m open to mostly anything.

The worst punishment I have received was having to roll two six sided dice and adding them together was the number of days I was not allowed to go down on her or even touch her. Now 14 days in to my latest lockdown and my wife decided a form of punishment was needed. So she wrote these on pieces of paper, folded them and if I do wrong in her eyes I have to pick one, they include reading her erotic stories, watching porn while she plays with herself and me, helping her orgasm, being whipped wearing nipple clamps, etc. She's thinking of more but meanwhile enjoying watching me suffer and playing with me..
This process does not stop her punishing me in any way she sees fit, so this morning I got a whipping for answering back.

Awaiting her next ideas in trepidation. She says I can be released early January if I behave.
