5% Lidocaine experience?

I’ve covered this earlier today in my Journal, but that probably didn’t get much visibility

My wife and I have been doing full time chastity since July 2021. We have noticed on the few occasions she allows/wants PIV, I orgasm VERY quickly. While that is a desired effect in some ways, she has expressed that she’d occasionally like me to last longer.

I’ve purchased 5% Lidocaine cream. She has also said she doesn’t want it inside of her or her risk losing any sensation.

If I put a condom over my penis after applying, will that work?

Will I be TOO numb to stay erect? How long before should I apply? How long will it last?

I realize there are a TON of variables, but does anyone have any experience with this or pointers/suggestions?

I have tried this. I spent a lot of time on the internet reading advice on how to apply, how long to leave on, etc. While we had intended to try multiple times, it’s only happened once. I had a spray type.

I don’t have much to offer from my personal experience; it was some time ago and I don’t remember a lot of it. What I can offer is that you should be prepared, both of you mentally expecting, trial and error and more trials, if you want to be successful.

You may use too little the first time, and it has very little effect. Or way too much and you encounter difficulty staying erect. Take careful note of each “step”, i.e. how much you use, how long you leave it on, etc, so that you can make modifications the next time you try.

If you’re both accepting of the concept of trial and error, you should be able to eventually narrow down what works for specifically your body and mind. Just go in with an understanding that you may have to fall back on a backup plan for that night’s sexual encounter.

And that’s an issue that I hoped I was addressing in my post. 20 minutes will work for some people. Others, 15 minutes and some people 25. If anyone wants to do this, you have to try and try again, and expect failure before success. Also, application is not as easy as they make it sound; washing it off is not as easy as they make it sound; none of the process is sexy. LOL.

I have found that some time with a TENS unit can numb me up. Pads on top and bottom of head, max pulse rate, max pulse width, max intensity, reduce intensity any time you get to the point where you might cum, after about an hour it can get quite numb. Turn the intensity up gradually, don't go to max all at once.

For the woman who enjoys inflicting a bit of torment, this can be an hour (or more if she wants) of delight, getting you to the point where you think you might cum, and desperately want to, but getting you so numb that once the e-stim is removed there is no way that just fucking is going to get you there.

We do this regularly and love it. Put on your cock rings first then put the cream on and leave it for ten minutes. Then reapply a heavy coat and rub it in a bit. Put on TWO desensitizing condoms.
