An experiment - auto-resizing images

As a trial balloon, auto-resizing of images to no more than 800x600 has been enabled. You should be able to upload attachments from a desktop or mobile phone.

As before, anything explicit only goes in members and your own journal.

We do have limited space for pictures. That said, quick back of the napkin math says we can store roughly 80,000 pictures before we run out, as long as the auto-resize works correctly. I expect we'll end up with 500kB per picture, or thereabouts.
