You need 3 approved posts/comments before you are allowed to PM. This was to keep newb members from sending harassing PMs to women. However, we should probably look at this again for cases like this.

I just noticed these now.
You need to have 3 approved posts or comments to be automatically approved or off moderation. This was to prevent both PM spammers, and creepers who were PMing the women
