Just updated my vote, been though a few now. I have now gone to A272 tube style cage and I think I have found the holy grail for me. I've taken the end off, I've found it better to have an open ended device for peeing and also can get a soupy finger up in there for cleaning and the best thing zero pinching between the bars.
The other thing there is something about looking down and not being able to see your penis at all. A couple of people have mentioned that at times and now I understand what they mean.

Initially ordered a HT stainless steel knockoff from Amazon ( don't use it anymore)
Then another Stainless steel HT knockoff from Lock the Cock with a hinged ring ( used occasionally)
2 Ternence Stainless steel cages from Amazon (one micro and one small) I wear them alternately. I mainly wear the micro (Wearing it now)
Locked a total of 15 days in the micro. I find it most comfortable and less interference with clothing.
