I have talked to mine about it briefly. Mainly on the direct affect it has had on my marriage and my relationship with my wife. She said it was great that we were taking steps to improve things!

Many years ago, Mrs Edge and I went for couples counseling. The counselor seemed very uneducated about BDSM and kink, and I spent several embarrassing one on one sessions having to explain a lot of things to him - and even at that, I don't think he understood the concept. :roll:

FYI - still locked in my “second wedding ring.” My wife has the key in her purse. Every 2 months or so, I get a some kind of relief/release.

Wait? What!

Any more details in that conversation? Clinical articles? How "not uncommon" are we talking here? I've never heard of professional who owned up to knowing about chastity. Bondage, fetish, whatever else... yes. Never chastity.
