I couldn't agree more! The shorter the tube, the better. I used to wear the cb6000s and was woken up every night to painful nocturnal erections. Since I purchased the HT v3 small, I haven't woken up once to a nocturnal erection. It's wonderful and my Wife tells me that I look pathetic that small. It is small and it does look pathetic ... but much MUCH more comfortable. I guess being so compressed, it can't become erect.
