I think what you do is normal. I do it all the time. I try to stick my pinkie finger through the bars of my jailbird quite a bit. Its actually pretty pathetic...lol. And sometimes my wife will allow me to be unlocked for a day or two, and I will constantly play with myself. Not to the point of orgasm, or even ejaculation though, because I am in an FLR and there are severe consequences for coming without the permission of my KH.

It may take some of the focus off of your wife, unless you think of your wife, or are looking at pictures of your wife when you do it. If you do that, then it is actually helping to build your desire for your wife. I attempt to play with myself all the time looking at pictures of my wife. I don't see anything wrong with it. The cage can definitely be beaten when it comes to masturbating. I feel like i am less likely to masturbate when i am locked though. Maybe it is because the sensation is not as good as when i am unlocked. Or maybe it is a mental thing. I think about masturbation less when i have the cage on.

Definitely, for me. Mrs. Twisted has occasionally used her tongue to do it, and since I'm a 'grower' the ring is so tight that the urethra is blocked. It may go retrograde, or only a little oozes out until the swelling subsides. It tends to be somewhat frustrating.
