Question regarding Steelworxx Tube Jacket 02

I'm looking at ordering a Tube Jacket 02 from Steelworxx in the future, and I'm having trouble finding information about measuring. I contacted Dietmar and he said to "measure the circumference of the penis behind the acorn when flaccid".

I took a string and measured what I got, and it was around 9cm (3.5in). Does this sound like the correct measurement to provide, or have I failed miserably at understanding what measurement was asked?

You are trying to get a measurement for the size of the inside of the tube, yes? That sounds about right to me.

Dietmar isn’t super helpful with his measurement instructions, alas.

What he means is the diameter of the shaft behind the glans. “Straight across”, do not measure along the “ridge” at a slant. If you have foreskin, include that in the measurement.
It’ll be the inside diameter of the tube where it covers the shaft behind the head, if that helps to visualize it.
