More of a medical question...

Post by Shoe Slave88 »

When flaccid my sack contains two testicles. When I become erect it seems that a lump forms at the top and somewhat behind each testicle. (two lumps total) after I become flaccid they go away. Anyone else get these or can anyone explain it?

I'm not quite sure I understand what you mean but is this something that is recent? Did it just start?

Not a new issue. It's been happening for years. It almost seems like the "tubes" connecting into the back/top of the testicles become hardened and engorged while attempting errections while locked up. After becoming flaccid it goes away. It's not a gap issue with the cage because I've had all different size gaps and it always happens. I think it's more of the base ring size. It never causes pain or anything. It just freaks me out. I'm afraid one day I'll wake up after a long night of errections and my balls will be worthless. Problem is that I already use 50mm base rings

You could easily stop in to see a urologist and ask them... You don't need to mention chastity if you don't want. Simply say you noticed it when using a cockring (something they would likely be very familiar with) and find out if it's something to worry about. I've honestly never heard of that happening. I know my hubby has some scar tissue from having his vasectomy and there are little lumps in his tubes but it is always there. It might get slightly bigger with attempted erections though.

I also have had a vasectomy. And these things I'm talking about are always there as well. it does just seem that they become more noticeable when attempting an erection. There's a good chance that's what it is. They don't seem to ever cause any pain or discomfort so I'm not extremely worried about it. Thanks for your input

I can't say I'm 100% sure but I think they are lymph nodes. We have them throughout our bodies. When I was in college the one under my arm pit got inflamed. It hurt just to put my arm down. The doctor told me that it can happen but it's not unusual, but I should expect it to move from one node to another for a little before it goes away. It moved from my arm to my sack. That was TERRIBLE! Every step hurt like crazy.

Ohhhhhhh see if you had a vasectomy too it could totally be the scar tissue and that it really doesn't show up until your attempting erection! Completely possible, especially if they are not painful! I still suggest asking if you are concerned!

My locked Boy used to get those - they are called varicoceles, he had to go to the Urologist and get a testicular ultrasound to get it diagnosed. Almost feels like spaghetti under the skin, right? He would only get them when he got an erection, and described the feeling as a dull ache. The one on the left swelled more than the one on the right. He would have to take his cage off, elevate his testicles and put a bag of frozen corn on them to help it go down. Then the cage would have to stay off for a bit. We found he needed more of a gap between the cage an ring.

My hubby's are little lumps that get larger with erect, not anything like spaghetti and they cause zero pain or ache. His is just scar tissue from his vasectomy and it becomes more pronounced during an attempted erection in the cage with the ring on. He never needs to "ice it" or remove the cage or anything because once soft it's back to normal.

I think I need to pay a bit more attention and see which of these options bests applies. I might end up at a Dr eventually. I'm not shy about chastity or sex so I'd probably just tell him everything up front
