When starting chastity men are asked by their KH's what they will get out of chastity. Men being of the physical mindset, carry on about the chores, body worship, etc. What we can't explain is the emotional mindset that women tend to exist in.
Exquisite Dungeon, a female blog, discusses some of her emotions and feelings of his extended denial and orgasm.
One of her quotes should hit home with many of us here. It's a conflicted statement that many new KH's can't understand and we beg for. "There is a soulful pleading in those eyes, one that begs for permission to cum, and the at the same time, one that implores that the denial continues."
Hopefully, guys that are being asked by their KH's "What will I get out of this?", will find an emotional pro as well as the physical pro.

Re: Womens view of denial
Locked by LRC, thanks for the link.
Is anyone aware of other sources of "what's in it for her" blogs? We're struggling with this at the moment—it seems whenever I think she's got the hang of it, she's actually wondering "WTF" and wants to give up on this "erotic nonsense."
She's read Lucy Fairbourne's Male Chastity: A Guide for Keyholders but that's it. Ivy Green's books are likely too much for her, and I don't want to turn her off by going the BDSM route. Even the lite end of that route.
I've considered Sarah Jameson's blog, but I don't think my wife would appreciate her style or approach.
Any suggestions would be very helpful.

This might be too much.. But i was going to share it anyway. Read through it, certainly erotic for you to read and perhaps there are portions of it that are interesting to your wife?

Thanks C2W. I have considered this one before. When the author gets to cuckholding, I honestly believe my wife will freak out. Then again, I'm known for being a "worst case scenario" kind of guy, and that fear is likely what is causing my trepidation. I'll share the link with her as another woman's point of view.cycling2work wrote:This might be too much.. But i was going to share it anyway. Re: Womens view of denial
I started out with this article and read it aloud for my wife making sure to omit the parts I knew she would object to hearing (with her consent). It was her first introduction to chastity and I very nearly scared her away.cycling2work wrote:This might be too much.. But i was going to share it anyway. You know your wife better than anyone else so you'll have to decide whether it works for your purposes or not. My wife was very disturbed (as an introduction, bad idea) and became worried about me at that point. I eventually dropped it before I read what I intended and just spoke from my heart.
I wish more women who don't go by the title 'Mistress' would write about this topic.
If my comments don't annoy you, follow my exploits here. I started all of this April 2016.

I whole-heartedly agree. There is a tumblr page called "healthysexymarriage" that might hit the spot. They don't practice enforced chastity, but orgasm denial with crazy amounts of teasing—I honestly don't know how her husband is able to keep chaste without mechanical assistance. I want to polish the monkey just reading their entires.sirmebane wrote:cycling2work wrote: I wish more women who don't go by the title 'Mistress' would write about this topic.

I agree. Healthysexymarriage is one of the best "vanilla" tumblers out there. Have her check that out.

Re: Womens view of denial
It's not exactly a "what's in it for her" blog but I have found a writing on starting chastity from a woman's voice. She starts with with the basics and slowly builds to feminization over 6 chapters. With the slow build-up you could stop at anyplace that she'd feel uncomfortable with.Bird in a Cage wrote:...Is anyone aware of other sources of "what's in it for her" blogs?
