Not to discourage you from asking questions, but I'm surprised that you have so many *basic* questions that you are asking over a time lag in this group. An hour on Google might turn up a lot of information that you could ask about for clarification, while you're waiting in between responses.

Also, keep in mind that having a device that covers some sensitive areas will tend to make you focus *more* on those areas.

Chastity devices, ironically, are not very good at enforcing chaste thoughts or behaviors. They are, in essence, just more sex toys (or equipment if you're spending enough on a device). Spending $300+ on a device will not stop you from grabbing your crotch mindlessly.

I never used to grab my balls until I started wearing a chastity device. In fact, I never wear it in social situations anymore since I was always adjusting it.
