Sizing question

First off I am a newbie and sizing myself for my first device, thinking of the HT for starters, plan on buying plastic rings of different sizes to measure base ring but started taking measurments of flaccid penis and noticing length longer than regular length of HT by like 10 mm will that be an issue??

Still having difficulty getting back into 24/7/365 chastity since covid. Very tender old man skin under the scrotum damages easily. Trying an HT Mk5 nub now. Love the fact you can’t pull out of it, hope my skin toughens up.
