Holy Trainer: TOO SMALL!!!

I just got my new Holy Trainer. It supposedly has the large (50 mm) ring. But, there is NO WAY I can get my balls through that ring. I wonder if they sent me the wrong ring. Anybody know which direction the 50 mm is measured? It is wider than that side-to-side, but shorter top-to-bottom.
Anybody know how to measure it for sure?

what are the internal dimensions across your ring? (top-bottom & left-right)

Left to right it is about 66 mm.
Top to Bottom it is about 50 mm.
So, I guess that is the biggest size.
I just can't get my balls into though.

Sorry to ask (not knowing your previous experience) but are you doing one ball at a time and then the second? I know I have a HT as well and have to pull one ball thru and then all the skin I can, and then the second.

Yes, I tried one ball at a time. I guess I just have really big balls.

I thought I could not get my large balls into a 48 ring until one day I just pushed them through one at a time and found it surprising how much they can be compressed with no pain. Now it takes me about 10 seconds to put my ring on. As one of the above posts said, you need to do one ball at a time and keep your penis out of the ring until both balls are in the ring. After you push the first ball through, move it to the opposite side of your other ball so that only your scrotum skin is in the ring, leaving a wide opening for you last ball.

Also put some lube around the ring. You also need to first pull the skin around each ball through the ring so when you push a ball through, it has nowhere to go but into the ring. You balls will compress. I learned that the first time my balls slipped out of my CB6000 through a 1/4" opening. I figured it they can get out of that small a space, I can certainly get them through a much larger space.
