I just received my jailbird back from MM today. Finally decided to have the horizontal bars removed from the front. I think it's perfect now as I can pee much easier without any hassle. It's been hard (no pun intended) living in my cheap Chinese device waiting on the bird to return! I forgot what a fine piece of jewelry it is.

Can you post a picture of the modification? I wear a jailbird and I'm considering the same thing. Even sitting down to pee can be a messy affair.

Dude, I'm pretty picture posting challenged. And it's locked on me for what I've been told, till Valentines day. As you know, the horizontal bars run to the outside of the vertical bars. MM cut the bars off where they meet the vertical bars. They did leave them on to the side area. I'm finding it so much easier to pee now without making a mess as I don't have to line up to miss the horizontal bars. Pretty easy to pee standing up also. Hope this description helps.
