It fell off (poorly seated) - do I need to worry?

Post by attentive_husband »

Since starting I've had my Contender off once (wow was that a great night). When I put it back on I think I didn't get one of my balls through the ring, I think it had extracted itself back up into my body.

Half way through the day it felt like it was coming off and so I checked and my penis was half way out and I easily got it the rest of the way out. And then I was able to get my other ball out without too much difficulty. So easy to remove it.

However, aside from that one time I've gone 3 weeks, where both balls are clearly through the base ring, and looking at it and pulling on it I don't see any way I can get it off. I've run across the street multiple times, worked out, showered, been out in very cold weather (it recently snowed here) and though it all it's tightly fit in the right place.

So, is this a case of if installed properly then it is very secure and there's nothing to worry about? Or do I need to get a smaller base ring (not sure I could get that on) or a smaller gap (again unsure if that would even work). For both the base ring and the gap I can get one finger in, not quite to the first knuckle.

Sounds as if you made the error when putting it on, i actually had it happen to me last night but noticed immediately and corrected it. If it's usually fine then i don't think you need to mess with it but fwiw i have a very small A ring (1 1/2 inch) and small gap (1/4 inch) and i have no problems. i worked my way down in A ring sizes before MsM got the Contender for me.

Still having difficulty getting back into 24/7/365 chastity since covid. Very tender old man skin under the scrotum damages easily. Trying an HT Mk5 nub now. Love the fact you can’t pull out of it, hope my skin toughens up.

I would say you are probably on the borderline between a proper fit and too large a gap or base ring. I would continue to wear it and see if it happens again.

It's been over a week since this happened and it's been on solid since then. So I think it was just the issue of not having both balls through it when I put it on - and that would be an issue.
